Add CLI flags to select which sections to show 
Users of the binary can now provide flags `-d/--defs`, `-r/--refs` or
`-c/--docs` to select which sections of the Elixir response they wish to
see. These options can be combined. If none are provided, the default
behaviour is to show everything.
